4. Client Responsibilities

• Pay all fees as agreed upon

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• One-time consultations: 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Monthly programs: 30-day notice required
• Long-term programs: Refunds available on a prorated basis within first 30 days

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, programs, and content provided by Distinctive Fitness Flow are our intellectual property and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.
